All Italian food is regional: dishes from Friuli and Sicily often look and taste like they’re from different countries.

Located on the Mediterranean and home to picturesque towns such as Cinque Terre, Liguria is one of most popular tourist destinations in Italy. Fresh lemons, olive oil, and seafood make Ligurian cuisine another reason to visit.
